– Date(s) of reservations and any special requests made

– Information as required under the Scottish Government’s Test and Protect scheme; this may include the name of a ‘lead member’ of a customer group, the lead member’s contact phone number (or email/postal address), the date of visit and arrival/departure time. These details may vary in line with guidance from the Scottish Government or public health bodies.

If you choose to join our email newsletter via our website, the email address that you submit to us will be captured by MailChimp which provide us with email marketing services.

If you choose to make reservations using the LiveRes booking system via our website, we will then securely transfer your email address and contact details to Mailchimp.

Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use their services or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.

If you have provided your mobile phone number you may receive periodic SMS text messages from us.
